New Home Painting with On-Site Colour Samples

The brief

A new home owner wanted every room painted before the furniture arrived, but could not decide on colours from a paint chart.

Our approach

• The flooring protection was left in place and taped down to keep the new floors safe.
• Walls were checked, patched where needed and primed.
• Four shortlisted colours were painted as samples on the bedroom wall so the owners could see them in daylight and at night.
• Final coats went on once the colours were chosen.

The result

Clean, evenly painted rooms ready for move-in, in colours the owners had already seen on their own walls.
