Maisonette Repainting: Protected, Painted and Handed Over Clean

Before we started

Before any paint was opened, the floors were sheeted, the kitchen island and counters were wrapped, and window frames and skirting were masked with tape. Furniture and boxes stayed in the rooms under cover.

The work

• Walls and ceilings repainted in white, including the double-height area around the staircase and the arched openings.
• The bedrooms finished in a pale blue.
• Small dents and marks on walls and ceilings filled and sanded before painting.
• Nippon Paint odourless and Vinilex paints, so the family could move back in without a strong paint smell.

Handover

All protection was lifted, the floors and kitchen were cleaned, and the rooms were left ready to use.
